Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day management of client transactions, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with Legal, Business, and Sales Leadership to support market-facing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the structuring and negotiation of complex client transactions.
- Advise senior leadership on legal risks associated with transactions.
- Manage and mentor junior legal professionals.
- Develop internal guidelines and toolkits to enhance legal practices.
- Stay informed on industry developments and integrate them into practices.
- Educate and advise company executives on legal and risk management issues.
- Support and implement Legal Group initiatives.
Job Requirements
Strong legal knowledge and experience in negotiating complex client transactions.
Ability to advise senior leadership on legal risks and market-related matters.
Experience managing and mentoring junior legal professionals.
Willingness to support and implement Legal Group initiatives.
