The Contracting Manager leads, structures, drafts, and negotiates complex client transactions in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role involves advising senior company leadership on legal risks, managing and advising junior legal professionals, and acting as a knowledgeable advisor on legal and commercial risks to support Legal, Business, and Sales Leadership in executing market-facing strategies.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial transactions.
Ability to lead and negotiate complex legal agreements.
Experience advising senior leadership on legal risks.
Skills in managing and mentoring junior legal professionals.
