In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include identifying and managing contractual risks, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, and negotiating various contract types. You will work closely with senior lawyers and internal business clients to provide guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on contract-related matters.

- Draft and review statements of work and licensing agreements.
