The Corp Investigation Legal Counsel Manager leads, conducts, and oversees corporate compliance investigations arising from alleged misconduct reported through company channels. This role involves managing the notification, recording, and reporting processes related to investigations, working with senior leadership to assess and address significant legal risks related to such reports, and collaborating with various internal departments to resolve allegations of misconduct.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of corporate compliance and legal issues related to investigations.
Ability to manage and conduct legally privileged investigations.
Experience working with senior leadership to assess legal risks and recommend remedial measures.
Skill in collaborating with internal and external resources for investigation resolution.
Capability to guide, counsel, and support attorneys and investigative personnel during investigations.
Effective communication with HR leadership about risks, investigations, and remediation.
Ability to stay updated on legal developments affecting investigations and compliance standards.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders including legal, HR, and global leadership.
Ability to develop internal guidelines related to investigation issues.
Strong organizational skills to manage notification, recording, and reporting processes.
