Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day management of corporate compliance investigations, collaborating closely with various internal departments and senior leadership. You will be instrumental in addressing allegations of misconduct and ensuring thorough documentation and reporting processes are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate compliance investigations arising from reported misconduct.
- Manage the notification, recording, and reporting processes related to investigations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and address significant legal risks.
- Work with internal departments to resolve allegations of misconduct.
- Guide and support attorneys and investigative personnel during investigations.
- Communicate effectively with HR leadership regarding risks and remediation efforts.
- Stay updated on legal developments affecting investigations and compliance standards.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of corporate compliance and legal issues related to investigations.
Experience working with senior leadership to assess legal risks.
Ability to manage and conduct legally privileged investigations.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders including legal and HR.
Strong organizational skills to manage investigation processes.
