The Corp Investigation Legal Counsel Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing corporate compliance investigations. This role plays a critical part in managing legal risks and ensuring adherence to compliance standards within the organization.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day management of corporate compliance investigations, collaborating closely with various internal departments and senior leadership. You will be instrumental in addressing allegations of misconduct and ensuring thorough documentation and reporting processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate compliance investigations arising from reported misconduct.
• Manage the notification, recording, and reporting processes related to investigations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and address significant legal risks.
• Work with internal departments to resolve allegations of misconduct.
• Guide and support attorneys and investigative personnel during investigations.
• Communicate effectively with HR leadership regarding risks and remediation efforts.
• Stay updated on legal developments affecting investigations and compliance standards.
