The Creative Design Analyst (Mandarin & Japanese Speaking) is responsible for providing high-quality publishing and creative partnership services. This role plays a crucial part in supporting client presentations and ensuring adherence to format standards while collaborating with global colleagues.

The Creative Design Analyst works within the Client Reporting Services, specifically in the Publishing and Creative Services (PCS) team. Day-to-day tasks involve producing and maintaining presentations while ensuring constant communication with global PCS colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the production and maintenance of prospect and client presentations.
• Maintain constant communication with global PCS colleagues.
• Adhere to client format standards to ensure accuracy and quality control.
• Create compelling graphics and new content for presentations.
• Format and update business presentations effectively.
• Assist end users with tool training and troubleshooting.
• Cross-train and assist other PCS teams globally as needed.
• Participate in special projects as required.
