The Crew Pairing Analyst is responsible for creating and analyzing flight pairings for Tech and Cabin Crew. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with regulations while optimizing manpower across the AirAsia network.
Job Description
As a Crew Pairing Analyst, you will engage in daily tasks that involve using the AIMS system to support the AirAsia Group. You will work closely with various teams to track schedule changes and identify inefficiencies in flight pairings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze flight pairings for Tech and Cabin Crew.
- Ensure compliance with Flight Time Limitation rules and fatigue guidelines.
- Optimize manpower based on DCA regulations.
- Track schedule changes and identify inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with Schedule Planning, Training, and Roster Planning teams.
- Provide cost-effective solutions for the full AirAsia network.
- Support the overall operational efficiency of the airline.
