Job Description

As a Crew Pairing Analyst, you will engage in daily tasks that involve using the AIMS system to support the AirAsia Group. You will work closely with various teams to track schedule changes and identify inefficiencies in flight pairings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and analyze flight pairings for Tech and Cabin Crew.
  • Ensure compliance with Flight Time Limitation rules and fatigue guidelines.
  • Optimize manpower based on DCA regulations.
  • Track schedule changes and identify inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Schedule Planning, Training, and Roster Planning teams.
  • Provide cost-effective solutions for the full AirAsia network.
  • Support the overall operational efficiency of the airline.

Job Requirements

Higher education certificate or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in the airline-related industry is highly advantageous.

Previous experience with the AIMS system is preferred.

Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination.
