Job Description
The Crew Pairing Analyst supports the AirAsia Group by creating and analyzing flight pairings for Tech and Cabin Crew using the AIMS system. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Flight Time Limitation rules and fatigue guidelines while optimizing manpower based on DCA regulations. You will track schedule changes, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with Schedule Planning, Training, and Roster Planning teams to provide cost-effective solutions for the full AirAsia network.
Job Requirements
Higher education certificate or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in the airline-related industry is highly advantageous.
High level of computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel.
Previous experience with the AIMS system is preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination.
Ability to perform forward planning and meet strict cut-off dates.
