
This role is for a CRM Technical Lead specializing in Dynamics CRM. The position involves planning, designing, building, and testing CRM solutions while supporting delivery teams and addressing customer issues within established parameters.
As a CRM Technical Lead, you will be familiar with the Dynamics CRM system and assist delivery teams with CRM solution planning, analysis, designing, building, and testing. You will act as a product specialist responsible for providing support in CRM issues, customer concerns, and resolutions. This role involves working on more complex assignments requiring diverse inputs and processes with some discretion within established parameters.
Familiarity with Dynamics CRM system.
Ability to assist across all phases of projects including planning, analyzing, designing, building, and testing.
Technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions.
Capability to research and solve non-standard customer issues.
Experience supporting conceptual architecture and technical solution design.
Skill in ensuring project quality through critical metric identification and testing plans.
Ability to identify process gaps and work cross-functionally to formulate improvement plans.
Willingness to travel as needed.
