
The Customer Audit - Japanese Speaking is responsible for overseeing fraud audits with a focus on rebate and incentive programs across various business units. This role significantly impacts the organization's ability to prevent fraud and ensure compliance through effective team management and advanced data analytics.
In this role, you will engage in strategic oversight of fraud audits, manage a team, and conduct fraud risk assessments while utilizing advanced data analytics tools. You will also ensure effective system integrations and lead audits related to customer master data and revenue recognition compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
Experience in fraud risk assessment and mitigation.
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.
Knowledge of revenue recognition standards like ASC 606.
Skills in audit reporting and executive communication.
