The Customer Service Executive is responsible for being the first point of contact for users of our E-hailing App. This role is vital in managing customer interactions and enhancing overall user satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will engage with customers daily through calls, chats, and emails, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding ride bookings and app functionality. You will work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and service quality. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails to address customer inquiries. - Resolve complaints related to ride bookings and driver issues. - Provide feedback to improve app functionality based on customer interactions. - Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. - Strive to enhance customer satisfaction through effective service. - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. - Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Job Requirements

Must have SPM or equivalent qualification.

Strong communication skills in English and Malay.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Proficient in using computer systems and applications.

Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
