
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing the vacant possession process and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves conducting inspections, liaising with tenants, and coordinating defect rectification to maintain property standards.
Execute and manage the full vacant possession (VP) process from preparation to key collection. Conduct pre-inspection on units to ensure they are in excellent condition before VP. Liaise with tenants regarding any defects and coordinate defect rectification works. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner, maintaining professional communication through various platforms.
