
The Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking) is responsible for serving as the primary contact for order-related activities for Sika customers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient order processing and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, processing incoming orders and managing stock allocation while providing timely updates and confirmations. You will also support the sales team and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless order processing and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
