This role is for a Customer Service Executive fluent in Mandarin and English, responsible for managing order-related activities and supporting customer satisfaction. The position involves collaboration with various departments and cross-training to ensure effective order processing in a fast-paced, global company.
The role involves serving as the primary contact for order-related activities for Sika customers, processing incoming orders, managing open orders and stock allocation, and providing updates and order confirmations to customers. The position includes supporting the sales team with order reports, preparing necessary documentation for customer orders, and collaborating with various departments to ensure timely order processing and invoicing. The role also requires proactive communication with customers and cross-training to support other customer service associates as needed.
Fluent in Mandarin and English as this will support Chinese Market.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA would be advantageous.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Customer oriented mind set.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, international, multicultural environment.
Must possess strong organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work well with others to accomplish common goals.
Experience working with Microsoft applications i.e: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
