The Customer Service Executive manages order processing, shipment coordination, and supports the sales team while serving as the main contact for customers. The Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing order processes, coordinating shipments, supporting the sales team, and acting as the primary contact for customers to ensure smooth sales operations and exceptional service delivery. The role involves building relationships with internal teams and external customers, overseeing fulfilment and sales administration, and collaborating with regional counterparts, particularly in China.
Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales administration.
Experience using integrated systems for sales transaction processing (SAP experience is a strong advantage).
Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
Able to read and communicate in Mandarin (required for liaising with China counterparts).
Proficiency in Cantonese is an added advantage.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
