
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing order processes and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role involves building relationships with internal teams and external customers while overseeing fulfilment and sales administration.
In this dynamic role, the Customer Service Executive will engage in day-to-day operations that include coordinating shipments and supporting the sales team. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales administration.
Experience using integrated systems for sales transaction processing (SAP experience is a strong advantage).
Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
Able to read and communicate in Mandarin (required for liaising with China counterparts).
Proficiency in Cantonese is an added advantage.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
