
The Customer Service & Operation Admin will support the smooth running of D SWIM ACADEMY by managing daily operations and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Join our dynamic team at D SWIM ACADEMY SDN. BHD. as an Operations & Administrative Assistant. In this full-time role, you will handle the day-to-day operations of the Centre, including reception, ticket sales, scheduling, and facility checks. You will respond promptly to customer inquiries across all channels, process student registrations and payments, and ensure the Centre's facilities are in excellent condition. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will prepare reports and build sustainable relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar operations-focused role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in major languages
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
A proactive and adaptable mindset
Able to work on weekends
