As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support through various channels including phone, chat, and email. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience. *Key Responsibilities:* - Engage with customers to provide product guidance and support. - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. - Foster long-term relationships with customers. - Communicate effectively in Mandarin to enhance customer satisfaction. - Utilize customer support tools to manage inquiries. - Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. - Proactively identify and address potential customer challenges.
Must have SPM or equivalent qualification
Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service is an advantage
Problem-solving skills
Familiarity with customer support tools is a plus
