The Cyber Risk Analyst leads and manages Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. This role involves conducting comprehensive security risk assessments, performing cybersecurity assessments such as penetration testing and vulnerability scanning, and supporting incident management and response. The analyst collaborates with IT teams, developers, and business units to integrate security and compliance into business operations, systems, and technologies, and prepares detailed reports on risk assessments, security incidents, and compliance activities.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
Ability to conduct security risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities.
Knowledge of application security measures within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience performing cybersecurity assessments including penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
Ability to support incident detection, investigation, and resolution.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams, developers, and business units.
