Job Description
As a Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance Associate, you will work closely with the Group Cybersecurity team in a dynamic environment focused on enhancing cybersecurity measures. Your day-to-day tasks will involve implementing and monitoring compliance initiatives across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of cybersecurity governance frameworks.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment with cybersecurity policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to governance and compliance.
- Provide training and support to staff on cybersecurity best practices.
- Assist in audits and assessments to evaluate compliance levels.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience.
ISO/IEC 27001 certifications are an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 or NIST is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
