Job Description
As the Data Privacy and Protection Technology Lead, you will spearhead the implementation and management of privacy-enhancing technologies across the enterprise. You will take full ownership of the OneTrust Privacy Governance tool and lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA). Your role involves collaborating with diverse business divisions to operationalize AI governance and privacy policies, ensuring compliance with global regulations while bridging the gap between legal requirements and technical execution.
Job Requirements
BA/BS degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 or more years of experience in data privacy and protection technology management.
Advanced administrative experience with the OneTrust Governance Tool.
Proficient in SQL, Python, JavaScript SDK, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with Tag Managers and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong knowledge of global data privacy laws and compliance frameworks.
Exceptional project management, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills.
