Role Summary
The Data Privacy and Protection Technology Lead is responsible for spearheading the implementation and management of privacy-enhancing technologies across the enterprise. This role involves collaborating with various business divisions to ensure compliance with global regulations while bridging the gap between legal requirements and technical execution.
Job Description
In this role, you will take full ownership of the OneTrust Privacy Governance tool and lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA). You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with diverse teams to operationalize AI governance and privacy policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the implementation of privacy-enhancing technologies across the enterprise.
- Lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
- Collaborate with business divisions to operationalize AI governance and privacy policies.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Manage the OneTrust Privacy Governance tool effectively.
- Bridge the gap between legal requirements and technical execution.
- Provide guidance on data privacy laws and compliance frameworks.
Job Requirements
BA/BS degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 or more years of experience in data privacy and protection technology management.
Advanced administrative experience with the OneTrust Governance Tool.
Proficient in SQL, Python, JavaScript SDK, and RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of global data privacy laws and compliance frameworks.
