Job Description
The Delivery Lead is responsible for driving business and technology outcomes for assigned programs and contracted services. You will utilize standardized tools and methodologies to ensure project delivery aligns with schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Key tasks include monitoring service level agreements, managing stakeholder engagement across complex project landscapes, and overseeing financial and contractual commitments. Additionally, you will lead resource planning and staffing for teams ranging from 50 to 100 members, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with cost management targets while working from the Bangsar South office.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Over 8 years of work experience in project and service management roles.
Proven expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
Experience in resource planning and staffing management for teams of 50-100 headcounts.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to work onsite from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Bangsar South.
