The role requires managing multiple clients, ensuring rigorous project management within defined scope, timelines, risks, and quality standards, and establishing strong client relationships through understanding their needs and feedback. The manager leads high-performance teams across locations, drives ongoing innovation and improvements, promotes follow-on business through up-selling and cross-selling, and leverages Accenture’s expertise to address client challenges effectively.
Strong leadership skills to manage multiple clients and teams effectively.
Deep understanding of the Trust and Safety and BPO landscape, particularly in Malaysia.
Ability to ensure rigorous project management including scope, timeline, risk, and quality management.
