Role Summary
The Developer - Silverlake BWC - Core Banking is responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of the Silverlake Core Banking System. This junior-level position involves working within AS400 environments and contributing to system changes in a DevOps-oriented delivery model.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day development tasks, focusing on the Bankwide Customer File module of the Silverlake Core Banking System. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective delivery and support of system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and enhancement of the Silverlake Core Banking System.
- Collaborate with analysts and QA teams to validate business requirements.
- Develop and maintain programs related to the Bankwide Customer File module.
- Fix bugs and implement enhancements under supervision.
- Handle minor change requests as needed.
- Contribute to deployment automation processes.
- Adhere to coding standards and documentation procedures.
Job Requirements
Experience level of 3 to 5 years in development.
Knowledge of software deployment processes using ALDON.
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and deployment processes.
Basic troubleshooting skills for issues encountered during testing and implementation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
