Development Manager (MicroServices) – Accenture Malaysia

The Development Manager (MicroServices) is responsible for leading and managing deployments, automation, and environment support for Credit Origination applications. This role operates within a fast-paced banking environment, requiring strong technical and leadership skills to ensure successful project execution across multiple countries.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations related to the deployment and support of Credit Origination applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will be instrumental in driving automation initiatives and managing the infrastructure to support various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage deployments for Credit Origination applications across multiple countries.
• Automate processes using tools such as Ansible and Python.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production deployments.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot testing and production environments.
• Monitor and maintain testing environment uptime, including automated script maintenance.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues.
• Manage release processes and stakeholder reporting using Jira workflow management.
