The Digital Advertising Lead (Global Platform - China Market) role focuses on online performance marketing within the Agency/Reseller ecosystem for social media advertising planning and buying. The role requires working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including media agency partners in the Greater China Region, to drive business results, operational rigour, and execution. Collaboration with various client managers to co-design and implement sales strategies is essential, alongside developing effective working relationships within a global professional services context.

Job Requirements

Experience in online performance marketing, particularly within the Agency/Reseller ecosystem.

Ability to drive business results and maintain operational rigour.

Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including media agency partners in the Greater China Region.

Strong collaboration skills to work with client Industry Managers and Sales Partners.

Analytical problem-solving skills.

Willingness to experiment and adapt quickly.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Passion for helping clients and Sales Partners achieve business goals.

Capability to lead scaled growth for Agency Agreements and manage communications with Sales Partners.

Responsibility for executing strategic and tactical sales plans.

Ability to support business performance insights and conduct regular reviews.

Commitment to fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, quality, and operational rigour.

Capability to manage priority initiatives within the Agency function, including churn and new product launches.
