This role involves working as a digital content reviewer focusing on Mandarin-speaking user-generated content. The content reviewer will analyze and review various types of user content including profiles, audio, videos, and text, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and maintaining internet safety within the scope of Accenture's Trust and Safety operations. The position requires awareness of changing policies and the ability to handle potentially sensitive or objectionable material while supporting a safe online environment.
Job Requirements
Must be a Mandarin speaker; familiarity with other Mandarin dialects such as Hokkien, Cantonese, or Hakka is advantageous.
Position is open to Malaysian citizens or individuals with valid working rights in Malaysia.
Ability to review, classify, and remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools.
Capability to understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
Skills to investigate, resolve, and escalate complex content issues to the Trust and Safety team.
Strong resilience and coping skills to manage exposure to sensitive content such as graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious material.
Willingness to participate in well-being support programs designed for the Trust and Safety community.
Capacity to engage in conversation on socially sensitive topics to help keep communities safe.
Commitment to participate in continuous training and process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
