Role Summary

Job Description

In this role, the Director of Rooms oversees the daily operations of the Rooms department, ensuring that all services meet brand standards and customer expectations. The position requires collaboration with various teams to implement strategies that enhance guest experiences and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with brand service initiatives.
  • Ensure operations meet brand standards and customer needs.
  • Drive revenue growth and maximize financial performance of the Rooms department.
  • Monitor and coach Rooms operations sales performance against budget.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Manage human resources activities including hiring, communication, and staff development.
  • Foster an environment that values diversity and inclusion.

Job Requirements

A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 4 years of experience in relevant areas, OR a 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience in managing profitability and operational strategy.

Ability to monitor and coach sales performance.

Strong customer service focus.

Skilled in human resources management.
