
The Director of Rooms is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Rooms department at Sheraton Kota Kinabalu. This role significantly impacts guest satisfaction and operational efficiency while driving revenue growth and financial performance.
In this role, the Director of Rooms oversees the daily operations of the Rooms department, ensuring that all services meet brand standards and customer expectations. The position requires collaboration with various teams to implement strategies that enhance guest experiences and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 4 years of experience in relevant areas, OR a 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in managing profitability and operational strategy.
Ability to monitor and coach sales performance.
Strong customer service focus.
