Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with relevant sales and marketing experience.
Experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
Ability to lead a sales department and manage strategic sales plans.
Skill in developing marketing communication activities and customer relationships.
Capable of managing budgets for marketing campaigns and promotions.
Experience coordinating with various internal and external sales channels and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to evaluate market trends and competitor strategies to optimize sales efforts.
Experience or knowledge related to hotel or hospitality sales is preferred.
Capability to support brand initiatives and implement sales strategies.
