The Domain Lead - Core Banking is responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex projects within the banking domain. This role significantly impacts project success by ensuring high service quality and effective risk management while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of project deliveries, working closely with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely and efficient execution. You will also engage with clients to maintain strong relationships and communicate project progress effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks.
- Collaborate with sponsors to effectively manage project scope and risk.
- Drive profitability by managing service quality and cost.
- Supervise and guide onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Explore and implement new practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
- Analyze and mitigate delivery risks proactively.
- Support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Job Requirements
Experience in managing large, complex project deliveries using appropriate frameworks.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Knowledge of working with nearshore/offshore delivery teams and related methodologies.
Experience in end-to-end software development and support.
Ability to provide expertise for successful solution design and delivery.
