Job Description
As an Associate in the Reputation and Risk Group, you will support the monitoring and review of risk-related processes within Deloitte Southeast Asia. Key responsibilities include executing testing programs, analyzing results, and drafting detailed reports for management. You will collaborate with internal engagement teams and risk leaders to address compliance matters, suggest operational improvements, and ensure the firm’s brand reputation is protected through meticulous quality and regulatory oversight.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1 year of experience in compliance or risk management is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
