You will ensure high service quality by meeting KPIs like FCR and CSAT while following firm policies and security guidelines for sensitive information.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1 to 4 years of experience in technical support or a call center environment.
Proficient in Microsoft O365, Outlook, Active Directory, and Hybrid environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Mac OS and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
Knowledge of networking, internet connectivity, and computer hardware (laptops, printers).
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken).
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance KPIs like FCR and CSAT.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
