The DRSC GlobalCore IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to Deloitte employees through various inbound channels. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft O365, Outlook, and Hybrid environments, ensuring high service quality and adherence to security guidelines.

As a GlobalCore IT Specialist, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, assisting employees with their IT-related queries and issues. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot Microsoft O365 and Outlook issues.
• Manage Active Directory for user accounts and permissions.
• Resolve hardware issues for laptops and peripherals.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and security guidelines.
• Meet performance KPIs such as First Call Resolution (FCR) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
• Provide support for Windows and Mac OS platforms.
• Assist with networking and internet connectivity issues.
