The DRSC GlobalCore IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to Deloitte employees through various inbound channels. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft O365, Outlook, and Hybrid environments, ensuring high service quality and adherence to security guidelines.
As a GlobalCore IT Specialist, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, assisting employees with their IT-related queries and issues. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1 to 4 years of experience in technical support or a call center environment.
Proficient in Microsoft O365, Outlook, and Active Directory.
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Mac OS and mobile platforms.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken).
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance KPIs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
