The DRSC Risk and Reputation - Associate 1 is responsible for monitoring insider threats and managing security incidents. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance security measures and ensure the integrity of organizational operations.

As an Associate in the Risk and Reputation team, you will focus on Insider Threat Monitoring (ITM) in a dynamic work environment. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing potential security incidents and supporting investigations while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and triage potential security incidents within SLA guidelines.
• Conduct root cause analysis for reporting purposes.
• Maintain relationships with business lines to support investigations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve security programs.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the SEA Data and Security team.
• Ensure organizational integrity through effective monitoring.
• Assist in the development of risk management strategies.
