Role Summary
This role involves monitoring and analyzing insider threat alerts to identify and report potential security risks. The Associate works within the Quality, Risk & Regulatory service line to maintain security standards and drive program improvements.
Job Description
As an Associate in the Risk and Reputation team, you will focus on Insider Threat Monitoring (ITM). Key responsibilities include reviewing and triaging potential security incidents within SLA guidelines, conducting root cause analysis for reporting, and maintaining relationships with business lines to support investigations. You will collaborate with internal teams to improve security programs and provide ad-hoc support to the SEA Data and Security team to ensure organizational integrity.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
At least 1-2 years of experience in risk or compliance areas.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality deliverables.
Ability to work with initiative and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
Resourceful with good time management skills and a willingness to learn.
