Job Description
As an Associate in the Risk and Reputation team, you will focus on Insider Threat Monitoring (ITM) in a dynamic work environment. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing potential security incidents and supporting investigations while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and triage potential security incidents within SLA guidelines.
- Conduct root cause analysis for reporting purposes.
- Maintain relationships with business lines to support investigations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve security programs.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the SEA Data and Security team.
- Ensure organizational integrity through effective monitoring.
- Assist in the development of risk management strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
At least 1-2 years of experience in risk or compliance areas.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality deliverables.
Resourceful with good time management skills and a willingness to learn.
