Role Summary

The T&T Consultant/Senior Consultant - Finance Transformation is responsible for advising and implementing financial transformation solutions for clients. This role involves working closely with CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and executives across various sectors to enhance finance operations and decision-making processes.

Job Description

In this role, you will be part of Deloitte's Finance & Enterprise Performance team, engaging with clients to deliver innovative financial solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and the use of advanced technology to drive large-scale financial transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on finance transformation strategies and solutions.
  • Implement as-a-service solutions to enhance enterprise-wide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve finance operations.
  • Conduct assessments of current financial processes and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and collaboration.

Job Requirements

Tertiary qualification in a relevant accounting, business or finance discipline.

Certified Chartered Accountant is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business advisory, consulting or finance change management.

Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Strong written communication skills for diverse audiences.

Willingness to travel locally and abroad for project assignments.

Appreciation for the consulting lifestyle and flexibility to work outside of office base.
