
The Engineer Client Services is responsible for supporting a stable and safe end point client platform for Continental Worldwide. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth rollout of new client images and maintaining the integrity of the global Standard Client Platform environment.
As an Engineer Client Services, you will be part of the Global Client Team, engaging in day-to-day activities that involve building and maintaining a secure and stable client platform. You will work collaboratively with an international team to ensure high-quality service delivery and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of relevant work experience in global standard client platform.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating system administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with System Management Tools such as LANDESK, Intune, and Autopilot.
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
