Job Description
The Engineer in Hospital Engineering Services is responsible for preparing and monitoring the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) service schedule for facility systems in the hospital. This role includes scheduling corrective maintenance, managing service contracts with vendors, overseeing testing and commissioning of new facilities, and compiling monthly maintenance reports. The engineer will also ensure compliance with quality management policies and participate in training and service quality initiatives.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering or related fields
5+ years in hospital engineering or facility operations
Exposure to accreditation processes (MSQH, JCI, IMS)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in maintenance management systems
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Commitment to safety and quality standards
