The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, motivating workers, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
SPM/STPM/Sijil Pertanian/Diploma
At least 3 years of experience in the plantation industry
Proficient in Malay and English, both spoken and written
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest and trustworthy
Ability to manage workers
Knowledge of SAP System
Understanding of good agricultural practices
