The Exec I, Accounts role involves providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The role includes installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices, deploying devices to new joiners, collecting returned devices from resigned staff, performing routine maintenance and security updates, assisting employees with software installations and updates, maintaining IT asset records, educating users on best practices, collaborating with the ICT team on complex issues, ensuring compliance with data security protocols, and maintaining professional communication with users.
Good communication skills to respond professionally to user requests and provide guidance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to resolve technical issues.
Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with IT asset management and maintenance procedures.
Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements.
