
The Exec I, Accounts is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth IT operations and user satisfaction within the organization.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users. You will work closely with the ICT team and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a productive work environment.
