The Exec I, Logistics is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations by addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues while collaborating with the ICT team.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting and maintaining IT equipment. You will work closely with users to ensure their computing needs are met in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely technical support for end-users onsite.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Deploy and collect IT devices for employees.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on end-user devices.
• Assist employees with software installations and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and service requests.
• Educate users on best practices and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with ICT team members to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with security policies.
