The Exec I, Service Delivery Management is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. This role involves installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and other peripheral devices, deploying devices to new joiners, collecting returned devices from resigned staff, and performing routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end user devices. The position requires assisting employees with software installations, updates, and application support, maintaining accurate records of IT assets and service activities, educating users on best practices for hardware and software use, collaborating with the ICT team to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols, and maintaining professional communication with users throughout issue resolution.
Ability to provide timely and effective technical support to end-users onsite.
Knowledge of installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Experience in deploying and collecting devices for staff.
Capability to perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end-user devices.
Skills to assist employees with software installations, updates, and application support.
Ability to maintain accurate records of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolution.
Competency in educating users on hardware and software best practices.
Capacity to collaborate with ICT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
Effective communication skills to respond to user requests professionally and provide guidance.
