Role Summary

The Exec I, Service Delivery Management is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations by addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues while maintaining professional communication with users.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, assisting end-users with various IT-related issues in a dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading devices to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users onsite.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Deploy devices to new joiners and collect returned devices from resigned staff.
  • Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end-user devices.
  • Assist employees with software installations, updates, and application support.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolution.
  • Educate users on hardware and software best practices.
  • Collaborate with ICT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols.
  • Maintain professional communication with users throughout issue resolution.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Relevant certifications in IT support or networking.

Experience in technical support or service delivery management.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
