
The Exec II, Accounts is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the operational efficiency of IT systems and ensuring user satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and support.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users. You will work closely with the ICT team to ensure seamless operations and compliance with data security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong technical support skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Experience with device deployment and collection.
Knowledge of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
Professional communication skills to respond to user requests and provide guidance.
Ability to educate users on best practices for hardware and software use.
