This role focuses on providing technical support and maintaining computer systems for end-users. It includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, as well as managing device installation, configuration, and maintenance to ensure security and optimal performance.
This role involves providing timely and effective technical support to end-users onsite, including troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity. The position requires installation, configuration, and upgrading of desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices, as well as deploying devices to new joiners and collecting returned devices from resigned staff. Routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches must be performed to ensure optimal device performance and security compliance. Additionally, the role includes assisting employees with software installations and application support, maintaining accurate records of IT assets and service requests, educating users on best practices, collaborating with the ICT team on complex issues, ensuring compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols, and maintaining professional communication with users throughout issue resolution.
Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
