The Exec II, Marketing & Planning is responsible for providing technical support to end-users and ensuring optimal device performance. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining IT infrastructure and supporting employees in a dynamic work environment.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, troubleshooting hardware and software issues while collaborating with the ICT team. You will also be responsible for maintaining IT assets and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Deploy devices to new joiners and collect returned devices from resigned staff.
• Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
• Assist employees with software installations and application support.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and service requests.
• Educate users on best practices for IT usage.
• Collaborate with the ICT team on complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols.
• Maintain professional communication with users throughout issue resolution.
