Role Summary

The Exec II, Service Delivery Management is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal device performance and security compliance within the organization.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues while collaborating with the ICT team. You will also be responsible for maintaining IT assets and educating users on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely technical support for end-users onsite.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Deploy equipment to new employees and collect devices from departing staff.
  • Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
  • Assist employees with software installations and application support.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset and service records.
  • Collaborate with the ICT team to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with users to guide them in preventing future technical problems.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Familiarity with routine maintenance, system updates, and security patch applications.

Good communication skills to educate and guide users.

Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
