Job Description

The Exec II, Service Delivery Management is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, installing, configuring, and upgrading devices, and deploying equipment to new employees as well as collecting devices from departing staff. The role also involves performing routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches to maintain optimal device performance and security compliance. Additionally, the position requires assisting employees with software installations and application support, maintaining accurate IT asset and service records, educating users on best practices, collaborating with the ICT team to resolve complex issues, ensuring compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols, and communicating professionally with users to guide them in preventing future technical problems.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Familiarity with routine maintenance, system updates, and security patch applications.

Skills in software installation, updates, and application support.

Capability to maintain accurate records of IT assets and service requests.

Good communication skills to educate and guide users.

Ability to collaborate effectively with ICT team members.

Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
