
The Exec II, Service Delivery Management is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal device performance and security compliance within the organization.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues while collaborating with the ICT team. You will also be responsible for maintaining IT assets and educating users on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Familiarity with routine maintenance, system updates, and security patch applications.
Good communication skills to educate and guide users.
Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
