
The Exec II, Services Marketing & Planning is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal performance and security compliance of IT systems within the organization.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues while collaborating with team members to resolve complex problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining IT asset records and educating users on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience in technical support or IT services.
Knowledge of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
