The Exec II, Services Marketing & Planning role involves providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, installing and configuring devices, and performing routine maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance and security compliance. The role also includes assisting employees with software installations, maintaining IT asset records, educating users on best practices, collaborating with ICT team members to resolve complex issues, ensuring compliance with security policies, and maintaining clear communication throughout the support process.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers and peripheral devices.
Knowledge of performing routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
Capability to assist users with software installations and application support.
Skills in maintaining accurate records of IT assets and service requests.
Ability to educate users on hardware and software best practices.
Experience in collaborating with ICT teams to resolve technical issues.
Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
Professional communication skills to respond to user requests and provide guidance.
