This role involves installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and other peripheral devices, as well as deploying devices to new joiners and collecting devices from resigned staff. Additionally, the Exec, Sales performs routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches, assists employees with software installations and application support, and maintains accurate records of IT assets and service activities. The role includes educating users on best practices, collaborating with ICT team members to resolve complex issues, ensuring compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols, and maintaining professional communication throughout issue resolution.
