The Exec, Sales is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations by addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, assisting users with various IT-related issues while maintaining a professional communication standard. You will work closely with the ICT team to resolve complex problems and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Deploy devices to new joiners and collect devices from resigned staff.
• Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches on end-user devices.
• Assist employees with software installations, updates, and application support.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolution activities.
• Educate users on best practices for hardware and software use.
• Collaborate with ICT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols.
