The Executive, Asset Management Services is responsible for developing and implementing asset management plans to optimize asset performance. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective management of project budgets.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include monitoring asset performance and coordinating maintenance programs within a dynamic healthcare environment. You will work closely with different teams to ensure that asset management strategies are effectively executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management plans and lifecycle strategies.
- Monitor asset performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local authorities and federal regulations.
- Manage asset refurbishment and replacement projects.
- Conduct site surveys and gather field data.
- Monitor asset operating costs and prepare CAPEX and OPEX justifications.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in asset management or related areas.
Knowledge of local and federal regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
