Job Description
As an Executive in Booking to Cash Finance Operations, you will engage in daily tasks that involve managing bank reconciliations for various credit card acquirers across online and offline platforms. You will also handle month-end closing tasks including credit memos, receipts, and journal postings in the accounting system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bank reconciliations for credit card acquirers.
- Handle month-end closing tasks including credit memos and receipts.
- Post journal entries in the accounting system.
- Manage customer aging and prepare balance sheet schedules.
- Support audit requests and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Proactive and result-oriented with a strong “can-do” attitude.
Experience with Oracle accounting software is an added advantage.
