The Executive (Business Development) is responsible for supporting the organization through comprehensive feasibility studies and property market research. This role plays a crucial part in identifying investment opportunities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve conducting feasibility studies, financial modeling, and property market analysis. You will work closely with various teams to assist in the formulation of the annual business plan and coordinate with government agencies and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate comprehensive feasibility studies and valuations.
- Conduct in-depth property market research.
- Prepare financial models for investment evaluations.
- Assist in planning and land matters groundwork.
- Identify potential investments and evaluate acquisition proposals.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to business development.
- Cultivate relationships with government agencies and industry stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Hold a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Possess 2 to 5 years of professional experience in property, corporate planning, business development, or strategy roles.
Demonstrate expertise in financial modeling and corporate valuation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Power BI, VBA, or Tableau is advantageous.
