Job Description

The intern will identify potential investments, evaluate proposals for property acquisition, and coordinate administrative tasks while cultivating relationships with government agencies and industry stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Hold a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or Business - Possess 2 to 5 years of professional experience in property, corporate planning, business development, or strategy roles - Demonstrate expertise in financial modeling and corporate valuation - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Familiarity with Power BI, VBA, or Tableau is advantageous
