Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers from CARSOME’s database, persuading them to book payments for cars. You will provide accurate information about our services, handle customer inquiries, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will inform customers about ongoing promotions and reschedule canceled appointments, all while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Job Requirements
High school qualification or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive, sales-oriented mindset
Integrity and professionalism
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
Immediate availability is a plus
