
The Executive - Customer Services (Property Vacant Possession & Defect Management) is responsible for managing purchaser queries and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in property development customer service.
Basic understanding of building construction and inspection processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
