Job Description
As a Finance Shared Service Executive for Ninja Mart, you will manage billing and collection processes for resellers while ensuring high accuracy in Accounts Receivable (AR) offsetting. You will collaborate with regional teams, maintain robust financial controls, and support annual audits. A key part of the role involves identifying opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement to optimize financial operations and minimize risks.
Job Requirements
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services environment.
Experience working in multinational or fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
Strong understanding of billing, receipts, and collection processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with NetSuite ERP is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in process transformation, automation, or continuous improvement.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Ability to maintain robust controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
