Role Summary
The Executive (Mechanical) is responsible for driving the transition from traditional time-based maintenance to a sophisticated Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) framework. This role significantly impacts the efficiency and reliability of Mechanical/Electrical assets within the Facility Maintenance Operation Excellence (FMOE) department.
Job Description
In this role, you will be a core member of the FMOE department, focusing on enhancing maintenance strategies and collaborating with site teams. You will engage in various technical and operational activities to ensure optimal asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition to Predictive and Condition-Based Maintenance for Mechanical/Electrical assets.
- Provide technical expertise to site Facility Management teams.
- Monitor asset health and performance metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Collaborate on energy-saving initiatives and projects.
- Manage specialized vendors to ensure compliance with FMOE standards.
- Drive forward-thinking maintenance technology initiatives, including IoT and sensors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in Facility Management, Plant Maintenance, or Operation Excellence.
Deep knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Fire Protection Systems, and Pumping Systems.
Strong communication skills for translating technical data into actionable reports.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse site teams.
