Executive, Mechanization – FGV Holdings Berhad

The Executive, Mechanization is responsible for overseeing the mechanization processes within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with established standards in agricultural machinery management.

In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve preparing machinery information and reports, while also ensuring adherence to mechanization standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will analyze operational costs and provide training and supervision on agricultural machinery to enhance team capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare machinery reports and budgets - Ensure compliance with mechanization SOPs - Analyze operation costs and productivity - Supervise and train staff on machinery - Facilitate workshops for estate operations - Present findings to the Head of Mechanization Unit - Collaborate with team members to improve mechanization processes
