Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily safety operations, conducting inspections and maintaining safety records while collaborating with various teams. You will also assist in preparing reports and working with regulatory agencies to achieve safety objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct incident investigations to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Provide administrative support to safety committees and initiatives.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of OSH Executives.
- Prepare detailed reports on safety performance and incidents.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
OSH Coordinator Certification is an advantage.
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of OSH legislation and Malaysian OSH Management System.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and writing skills.
